1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using QScanly ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use QScanly for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Free Trial

QScanly may offer a free trial for a limited period. You may be required to enter billing information to sign up for the free trial. If you do enter billing information, you will not be charged until the free trial has expired.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload viruses or any other malicious code
• To spam, phish, or engage in similar activities

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QScanly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QScanly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
